★★★★★Avis Viator
Réservez ceci comme une visite gratuite
Charlotte_H, octobre 2026

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some parts of the experience did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the price, you booked our paid tour through Viator, which is a different product from our free walking tour. We offer tours through several platforms, including both paid and free-tour platforms, and participants may join the same group through different booking channels. The price you pay depends on the specific product and platform you choose to book through. The paid Viator tour includes the organized experience and meal arrangement, while our free walking tour operates under a different model, where guests generally contribute a tip and pay separately for the meal.
We understand that seeing guests who booked through another platform may make the pricing difference seem unusual, but this is a normal part of operating tours across multiple platforms which allows us to bring enough participants together to be able to form group and run the tour.
As for the lamb, our guide Aghavni explained that she had taken a plate of meat and was simply trying to be polite by offering it to everyone at the table. She did not intend to pressure you, and unfortunately she did not remember at that moment that you were vegetarian. We understand, however, that being encouraged to try meat after explaining that you are vegetarian could make you uncomfortable, and we will make sure our guides are more careful about dietary preferences in the future.
Thank you again for bringing these points to our attention.
