Fremragende oplevelse! Fra afhentningspunktet til afleveringspunktet sørgede Discovery Balloons-teamet for, at de tog sig meget godt af os! Den lette morgenmad før ballonen var god. Vores ballonoplevelse med Mr. Oze Ibrahim var også glat og fantastisk. Alt i alt, det er det værd, du betaler for. En af de smukkeste oplevelser.

Hvilken fantastisk livsoplevelse, som vi stærkt anbefaler. Discovery Balloons-personalet var ekstremt professionelle og gav os en uforglemmelig solopgangsballonflyvning, på trods af at vi begge var bange for højder!
Før flyvningen var kommunikationen fra Discovery Balloons førsteklasses. Hotelafhentningen og let morgenmad var fantastisk, og hele processen i forbindelse med flyvningen var ekstremt professionel og sikkerhedsbevidst! Vores pilot Ibrahim Dasdeler var en absolut professionel og hjalp med at lette vores nervøsitet med den rolige og klare information, han gav.
Den festlige champagne efter landing var også en værdsat gestus.

Vi boede på Marriott-hotellet, så vi var de første til at blive hentet og de sidste til at blive afleveret. Langdistance
Vores ballon blev sat op senere end de andre, så vi er langt fra det smukke område. Fordi området er for overfyldt til 100+ balloner.
Pris, to flybilletter til Istanbul, virker for dyr for én time

Thank you for taking the time to share your constructive feedback regarding your recent experience with Discovery Balloons. We sincerely apologize that your journey did not meet your expectations and that you left feeling disappointed.
Regarding the transfer logistics, hotel pickup and drop-off sequences are determined by the geographic locations of the resorts. Since your hotel is located further out from our primary route, it unfortunately resulted in a longer commute for you. We understand how tiring this can be early in the morning and appreciate your patience.
Additionally, our daily takeoff positions and exact launch timings are strictly governed by local Civil Aviation regulations and changing wind conditions to ensure ultimate flight safety. On crowded days with over 100 balloons in the sky, maintaining safe distances can occasionally influence our positioning relative to the main valley clusters.
We also take note of your comments regarding the pricing. Organizing hot air balloon operations involves substantial infrastructure, highly certified crew requirements, and rigorous safety protocols, which are reflected in the costs. However, we deeply regret that you felt the experience did not deliver equivalent value.
We genuinely value your feedback as it helps us review and improve our operational efficiency.
