Das Erlebnis war unglaublich. Es ist ein langer Tag und es ist viel hineingepackt, aber es war ein guter Tag. Franco war unglaublich. Er hielt alle zusammen und sorgte dafür, dass wir pünktlich waren. Der Bus braucht eine Lautsprecheranlage und eine Toilette, ansonsten ordentlich.

Diese Reisegruppe ist das Letzte, sie haben mir weniger als 12 Stunden vor meiner geplanten Abholung geschrieben, um mir mitzuteilen, dass sie den Ausflug stornieren, sie haben kein alternatives Reiseunternehmen oder irgendetwas anderes angeboten und uns hängen lassen, ich habe einen zusätzlichen Tag am Ende meines Urlaubs gebucht, nur um diesen Ausflug zu machen, habe das erklärt und nichts von ihnen bekommen, ich würde niemals PERU EXPERIENCES TOUR GROUP nutzen und empfehle niemandem, sie zu nutzen, unprofessionell, mangelndes Interesse an ihren Kunden und absolut inkompetent, als ich sie um eine Rückerstattung bat, sagten sie, dass sie das nicht tun können, ich muss mich an Viator wenden, obwohl sie mir riesige Kopfschmerzen bereitet haben, jetzt muss ich die ganze Arbeit und den Ärger auf mich nehmen, um meine Rückerstattung zu bekommen, wieder verursacht durch die Peru Experience Group, nicht durch meine Wahl! ! ! ! Sie sind gewarnt, bei ihnen zu buchen! ! ! ! Ich überlege, einen Brief an den Präsidenten von Viator zu schreiben, in dem ich darlege, was für eine Art von Unternehmen Peru Experiences tatsächlich ist, und wenn es nach mir ginge, würde ich sie als Anbieter für Viator sperren/entfernen, da sie den guten Namen von Viator beschmutzen. . Selbst wenn die Stornierung aufgrund von Kundenmangel unvermeidlich war, hätten sie so viel mehr tun können. . . . . . eine absolute Schande von einer Organisation. . . . . . . . SIE WERDEN GEWARNT. . . . Ich bin ein begeisterter Reisender auf der ganzen Welt, habe Viator schon oft genutzt und noch nie diese Art von Verhalten/unprofessionellem Verhalten erlebt

Regarding your refund, because the reservation was made through Viator, the refund process must be handled directly through their platform and according to their policies. This is why we advised you to contact Viator rather than indicating that you were not entitled to a refund.
We sincerely regret that the cancellation affected your travel plans and understand your disappointment. At the same time, we believe it is important that the circumstances be represented accurately: the cancellation was communicated once confirmed, and the appropriate information regarding the refund process was provided.

Großartiger Tagesausflug

Brillanter Ausflug. Unsere Reiseleiterin Rosa war professionell, lustig, freundlich und hat sich über alle Maßen eingesetzt. Die Aktivitäten haben großen Spaß gemacht und der Dünenbuggy-Fahrer war ausgezeichnet und wirklich hilfsbereit.
Der einzige negative Punkt war, dass der Bus mich zu spät von meinem Hotel abgeholt hat. Sie gaben 4 : 30 Uhr morgens in ihrer Nachricht an mich. Ich war zu dieser Zeit vor meinem Hotel und war besorgt, dass sie vielleicht nicht kommen würden. Ich schrieb ihnen um 4 : 38 Uhr morgens eine Nachricht und rief dann um 4 : 42 Uhr morgens an. Sie antworteten schließlich um 4 : 43 Uhr, dass sie 7 Minuten entfernt seien.

Viele Erlebnisse an einem Tag

Der Tag fühlt sich sehr gehetzt an. Die Bootsfahrt, um die Seelöwen und andere Tiere zu sehen, ist nett, aber es gab kaum Erklärungen und das Personal wirkte, als wären sie lieber woanders. Die Weinprobe ist nicht wirklich eine Weinprobe, sondern eher eine Ansammlung von Pisco-Shots und sehr zuckerhaltigem Wein. Die Dünenbuggy-Fahrt und das Sandboarding haben wirklich Spaß gemacht, aber wenn man keine Achterbahnen oder aufregenden Fahrten mag, ist es vielleicht nichts für einen. Insgesamt ist es eine unterhaltsame Tour, aber sie fühlt sich gehetzt an und man erfährt nichts über die Orte, die man besucht, oder das, was man sieht.

Our itinerary is designed to combine several of the main highlights of Paracas, Ica, and Huacachina in one day, which does make the experience quite dynamic. However, we understand that some travelers would prefer more time at each location and more historical, cultural, and environmental information along the way.
We’re also sorry that the tasting experience did not match your expectations. Your feedback regarding the balance between the pisco and wine portions, as well as the overall presentation, is valuable and will be shared with our team.
