Fun, exciting and informative, great short cruise.

Damo and Henry made our trip fun and informative and shared with us the excitement of nature. We saw a couple of known crocs, a rogue male croc and a few smaller male and female crocs who inhabit various territories along the Adelaide river. Damo has a fabulous manner and sense of humour making him perfect for our entertainment! Thanks guys 😉

Seeing the Crocs is amazing, but no real excitement on the boat....
This is an Aussie experience and we are known to be a little excited in this kind of environment, but no.... The boys did well, but ramp up the commentary, get into it, love the job you do....
If it was me working there I'd have the customers going all guns!!! It's an hour experience they shouldn't forget!!!
my advice from an Aussie guy.....!

Absolutely spectacular! We had such an amazing time on the Spectacular Jumping Crocodile Cruise. The guides were fantastic — full of knowledge, explained everything so well, and were also so funny!
The whole experience was exciting, entertaining and informative. The guides really made the cruise and kept us laughing while teaching us so much about the crocodiles and the area.
It definitely did not disappoint — it was amazing from start to finish! Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. 🐊👏
Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Unfortunately we did the 3pm session and we were told most crocs had been fed already for the day, we saw on croc on our side of the boat for 5 minutes. The whole 1 hour & 15 minutes- one crocodile. The other side of the boat at least got to see 2. Most people on board where very disappointed considering the price, if 3pm is too late due to already being fed they should not offer that time slot or lower the price. Will contact operator for a partial refund.

Hi Kayla,
Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate hearing when things don’t go to plan as it gives us an opportunity to improve. In this case, the it sounds like the staff didn’t adequately explain the factors that come into play regarding the level of crocodile activity, particularly at this time of year when we are dealing with not only higher temperatures in the afternoons, but also the start of breeding season, both of which can affect the number of animals seen. It also sounds like it wasn’t communicated effectively why we limit additional interactions in the same day to prevent over-feeding or over-exertion of the animals. Ultimately I can see that our crew did not set the proper expectations regarding your experience, and that is something that will be addressed with them directly.
Please feel free to contact myself or the team directly regarding a partial refund, we would be more than happy to accommodate. You can reach me directly at marketing@jumpingcrocodile.com.au, or our booking team by replying to your confirmation email.
Cheers,
Alexandra
