The only reasons why I removed 1 star is that there is no toilet at their office (had to go inside a café before the tour) and we did not see much of Alcazar gardens. Hoped to see more the gardens. Too much time inside the alcazar vs outside.

Fab tour - about 3 hrs with 20 min break between the two venues. No waiting straight to the front of the queue. Our guide Merce made it very interesting - she was helpful & personable . We had 1 difficult customer who she dealt with very well. Such an informative experience- would recommend. Easy meet up - plenty of information before from Viatour .
