A wonderful tour. Our tour guide, Christina, is really great.
The only suggestion I have is about the meeting point. The agency should be aware that maps coordination is never that accurate. Your sign should be much more obvious, instead of an umbrella on the ground by the side of a bench.
We were Asked to get to meeting point 30 minutes ahead and we almost ran the whole way from the bottom of the hill to the entrance area. and it is quite frustrating having hard time to find your tour sign.
