Excellent experience!!! It was my first time, my husband and MIL had done it, but the guides were extremely professional and experienced in making visitors comfortable and safe. Instructions were clear and we had so much fun interacting with them all day! They kept an eye out for people in our party who needed to take their time between platforms and were nothing but encouraging and lively. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

It was a difficult walk up to the ziplines for older people, but the guides were amazingly helpful and kind. Pablo and Nyomi were so understanding of my older mother's difficulty in the heat. They made it a fun experience. And the views were stunning!
