I did the excursion to the Santa Ana volcano and Lake Coatepeque with Josué and we had a great time. He was an excellent guide: friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy. He explained everything clearly and was attentive to each person in the group during the climb. He adapted the pace so that we could move forward together and enjoy the experience. Thank you very much, Josué, for such a beautiful day! I recommend it.

Tour was fine and included everything as advertised. The hike is more for those who are not avid hikers. Just be aware there are a lot of people on this trail. Josue was a great guide and is knowledgeable. Jonathan was our driver and he was safe and punctual. His van was also clean. Based on the cost, I would recommend finding your own transportation there and hiring a local guide. I think the only drawback from this tour is we never received the photos that were taken of us.

Weather was perfect and our tour guide (Diego) was amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind, even allowed us to do a pig stop on the way back. The hike was tough, definitely underestimated, even reading the reviews felt like it wouldn’t be too bad. The elevation was high and steep with a lot of rocks. Worth it at the top and even the views midway but wear comfortable shoes, bring water, a small jacket because it’s cold but you will eventually take it off from the sweat you get from hiking. Overall would recommend if you are able to make it to the top.

Josué was a wonderful tour guide! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great communication prior to and throughout the hike, pickup was exactly on time. We left early to beat the clouds and rain and it worked out beautifully, and we also managed to be descending just as the crowds were starting to ascend. It was me, Josué, and another girl that was also traveling solo. We all had a great experience! Also, be sure to have an ice cream at the top! Would definitely recommend Josué and booking with this company!
