All guests must check in with our ticket booth upon arrival to receive their actual boarding pass. Our location: 39611 Chateau Lane, Clayton, New York.

Exclusions: The cost of the boat ticket does not include admission into Boldt Castle. Adults: $12.50 / Children (5 to 12 years): $9 / Children 4 and Under: Free. Boldt Castle Admission Tickets are available to purchase at our ticket booth when you check in for your tour, or call us in advance to reserve at 315-686-4820. Tickets can also be purchased upon arrival at Boldt Castle or via www.boldtcastle.com.

This region is so beautiful and full of historical significance. A Clayton Island boat tour was an excellent way to get a taste of it. Our tour guide, Liam, was knowledgeable, upbeat, friendly, and funny. He made the time pass quickly and informatively. Captain Jack was also great, with a dry sense of humor. Our boat had about 45 passengers; we saw much larger tour boats on a similar route but I preferred the relatively smaller group we were in.

Took our family of 11 on this tour and it was lovely. Liam was sooo knowledgeable and entertaining as we made our way through the waters. Captain Jack was great at navigating. We would definitely recommend this to all.

We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was certainly knowledgeable about the St. Lawrence Seaway and the islands and all their stories...though, to be truthful, he could have made it all up and we never would have known! :) The cost was fair and the trip included a stop at Boldt Castle...which cost a few dollars extra to tour, but was well worth that excursion. We expected a 3 hour tour and it was about 3 1/2 hours. It was something we started out not sure about, but we were very glad to have taken that tour!

From the minute I walked up to the ticket booth until I disembarked it was a great experience. I caught the last day Boldt Castle was open- so be aware!! Was able to grab my castle entrance ticket there to avoid a line at the castle. Skip and Brad, our captain and guide were fantastic. The hour+ ride back and forth was full of interesting information and Brad was hysterically funny. We then had an hour and a half to explore the castle. So worth it!!! Highly recommend- a great value for your time and travel dollar!!!

Liam tour guide was very good. Lots of knowledge about the island and mansions all around. A few corny joke for good measure too. All round nice experience. I enjoyed taking to the boat out from Clayton rather than Uncle Sam’s in Alex Bay. Much smaller and better tour.
