Embark on a journey at 3 PM into the heart of the Andes Mountains to witness a spectacular sunset. We'll traverse the Cajón del Maipo valley, following the scenic Maipo River and passing through charming villages until we reach the renowned Chocolate House. After admiring its unique architecture, we'll proceed to the Velo de la Novia Waterfall, where you can experience the raw power of the water and capture memorable photos! Next, immerse yourself in the natural Colina hot springs. These therapeutic waters vary in temperature across seven pools, ranging from 55°C to 30°C. Relax in the warm, mineral-rich waters originating from the volcano. Enjoy the sunset from a breathtaking viewpoint overlooking the volcano and the majestic Andean peaks. This will be followed by an authentic Chilean barbecue, complemented by fine wines from central and southern Chile. The barbecue features a delightful four-course menu. To conclude our evening, gaze in awe at the incredibly starry skies offered by the clear mountain air of the Andes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience eventhough the weather was not all that forgiving when we arrived at the hot springs. It was very cold and windy but, when we settled into the hot pools we thawed out. It was well worth it. Our guide, Jamie, was delightful and made sure our needs were met. The BBQ was delicious and the wine was plentiful. Overall we would highly recommend this trip. We were also lucky to have a private tour. Thanks for everything Jamie

I booked the trip to the Colina Hot Springs with the company for almost R$ 800.00. The trip was initially scheduled for July 21st, but due to weather conditions, it was postponed to July 24th and, subsequently, was canceled by the company itself. On July 27th, I sent the requested data so that the refund could be made via PIX. The company's own contract states a period of 7 to 15 business days for the refund. Today, 08/27, more than a month later, I still haven't received my money and, worse, without any concrete forecast of when the payment will be made. I send messages daily and am simply not replied to on WhatsApp. Through Instagram, when I get a response, I only receive generic answers saying they have "high demand" and that they will "analyze the case." Meanwhile, the deadline stipulated in the contract itself has passed and my money remains withheld. It is a huge neglect and a complete lack of after-sales service. To sell and receive payment, everything works; when the customer needs to solve a problem and receive an amount that is rightfully theirs, there is no support or positioning. After more than a month of trying to resolve it amicably, I will contact PROCON and seek my rights through the appropriate means. I do not recommend the company. My experience after the cancellation was extremely frustrating, mainly due to the lack of communication, support, and fulfillment of the refund deadline.

Unbelievable what a scam their snowmobile ride is. They sell it like adrenaline and exploration, but it's paying 1900 reais to walk in a circle for an hour on a tiny track. It's laughing in the customer's face. Me and several people on the tour asked to stop before the time was up, total deception.
