Disappointing

I have been a fan of Call The Midwife for many years so I was really looking forward to this tour. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed. The tour guide Irene was very friendly and knowledgeable. But there just isn't enough to see at Chatham to make it worthwhile running a tour in my opinion. You essentially see the outside of a ship and two streets. There are a lot of references to very specific episodes and characters that only appeared once across 15 series. What people are really interested in is the set used by the main characters which is not there. There is a small 'set' exhibition at the end but it is not the actual set. It is a replica that looks a bit like it. And you can't even go right up to it as advertised, you have to look but not touch from afar. I think this area could be greatly improved for people to enjoy more. The merchandise in the shop could also be so much better. It all features photos of non-specific people rather than the characters people actually care about.

Good day out

I really enjoyed this experience. It wasn't what I thought but was still good. I thought we'd get to see the sets and stuff like that. But because it's still a working Harbour, they can't keep them up, but they do have replica sets at the end of the tour, which were really good, We had Heather as our tour guide, She was so good She was loud and may jokes she was a really good was happy with her. It's a very interesting tour. You will look back on the show and you will notice things
There is loads of parking as well
