An eight-minute walk along a level, sandy trail with coral and shell rubble leads you to a striking cliff area offering breathtaking views, tidal pools, and a rare geological blowhole.
Relax and immerse yourself in the sounds of splashing water and admire the stunning rock and cliff formations.
Your guide will introduce you to many new and fascinating creatures and unforgettable locations.
After an eight-minute hike back to your kayaks, you'll put on your mask, snorkel, and life jacket to snorkel among colorful fish and stingrays.

Service animals are permitted on the tour. Participants should possess a moderate level of physical fitness. Kindly arrive at Virgin Islands Ecotours 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. At Virgin Islands Ecotours, you'll find a gift shop, restrooms, dressing rooms, and lockers for your valuables. The hike is 8 minutes each way on a level, uneven trail of sand mixed with coral rubble. Please bring a swimsuit and towel, water-friendly shoes, and sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, etc.). The minimum age requirement is 2 years old. Additional sanitation measures are in place on-site for COVID-19. Cas Cay 9:30 AM Tour Cas Cay 1:30pm 3hr Kayak, Hike, and Snorkel Tour exploring the Mangrove Lagoon and Cas Cay. Depart from our Mangrove Lagoon Marina at 1:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. Wear shoes that can get wet and are suitable for walking on uneven terrain. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete check-in and prepare for your tour. Stay hydrated by drinking the provided water. Listen carefully to your guide's instructions for a safe and enjoyable experience. For a full refund, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
