I was not expecting to be pick up right in front of my AirBnB but I got a text the day before letting me know that they would. The two hour ride was comfortable and the driver was safe. He made sure we knew how long it would be including stops and he gave us water and the WiFi code. Once we arrived our tour guide met us and took us through the beautiful city while giving us some information about the history and culture. It is a very photogenic city! I like that we had a couple of hours of free time to explore alone. I do wish that we had more than one food recommendation but the place she recommended was tasty. We stopped in Tangier on the ride back to get nice pictures of the sunset.

Pick-up on time and at the indicated point, the driver drove very well. The car had Wi-Fi and on the way there we made a stop halfway (something that is missed on the way back, by the way).
Once we arrived in Chefchaouen, we met the guide, Abdullah. He speaks Spanish perfectly and gave us a tour of the city's Medina, telling us information and showing us some places to take photos (the typical ones where everyone goes).
Quite good value for money.

Tour included pick up in Tangier at our hotel.
Very nice Benz sprinter. Separate tour guide gave us 2 hour tour of the blue city. Everything was very nice. Only reason I did not give this tour 5 stars was because the guide did not use the several hours in the van to talk about Morocco or Tangier or anything. A missed opportunity. I would still recommend this tour.

The overall experience was positive; points to note: the transportation, despite being good and modern, had one with little air conditioning. On the return trip, there was a person who got dizzy from the heat.
The guide in Chefchaouen was very good, explaining correctly and giving people time to take the photos we wanted.
From previous trips, we know that interesting things were left out.
Since we hadn't booked a trip to Tetouan, they offered it to us at no cost, and we accepted since otherwise they would have had to come for us alone, and we didn't want to cause a problem.
In Tetouan, the guide was very bad; he barely explained anything, he couldn't be understood at all, and he was super tired, so the tour was very short.
