Beautiful Day, Beautiful Towns, Great Guide.
782lukef, October 2026
We went on a small-group tour to Cinque Terre for the day from Florence, and had a fantastic experience! Our tour guide was Diana. She picked us up right on time at our meeting point and was very friendly from the start. The ride was extremely comfortable, and she even had cold drinks for everyone in a fridge in the van. That was especially appreciated after the uphill walk back to the van at the end of the day! Although it’s a bit of a drive to Cinque Terre, the tour started long before we arrived. Diana shared information about the areas we were driving through and their history throughout the journey. Her knowledge of Florence and Cinque Terre is impressive. I honestly don’t know how she remembers so much without needing to refer to notes! Another thing I appreciated about Diana was how clearly she spoke. She has a strong, clear voice that was easy to hear and understand, even from the back of the van. Headphones and transmitters were offered to those sitting farther back, but nobody needed to use them. The entire experience was excellent. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and enjoyed a boat ride between the towns. Diana even offered to arrange a dinner reservation for our group, completely unprompted, so we could all enjoy a meal together. She also recommended the pesto, which turned out to be a popular choice, with about half the group ordering it. Those little extra touches really made the day special and showed how much she cared about giving everyone a great experience. I would absolutely take another tour with Diana in the future and would happily recommend her to anyone visiting the area! My only regret is that I ran out of cash before the end of the tour and wasn’t able to leave Diana a tip. She absolutely deserved one for all the effort she put into making the day such a great experience.

Cinque Terra and Pisa with Claudius
mollysV1697ZY, October 2026
We had an amazing tour. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The other 4 people we were on a tour with were so much fun. Claudius was so helpful and had so much information for us. He made the day perfect and so much fun. His driving was amazing even when we faced unexpected traffic and delays. It was worth the cost. Claudius knew exactly how much time we would need at each stop but was also willing to allow us to stay longer if we desired. It was a fun and laid back atmosphere and Claudius made sure to keep it light hearted and enjoyable.
