Arrival and check-in: Meet at Bahia Mar Yachting Center, 801 Seabreeze Blvd, and wait outside Dock B for your captain. The lead traveler must join the trip, complete the required bareboat charter agreement, and select a captain before departure.
Your cruise: Board your private 40-foot yacht and cruise Fort Lauderdale’s Intracoastal Waterway past waterfront mansions, marinas, yachts, and city views. The exact route may vary with weather, marine traffic, safety, and operating conditions.
2-hour charter: Enjoy a private sightseeing cruise along the Intracoastal Waterway. A short sandbar stop may be possible when requested in advance and when timing and conditions allow.
4-hour charter: Enjoy more time for sightseeing and relaxing on the water, with the possibility of swimming or a sandbar stop when conditions allow.
6-hour charter: Offers the most flexibility, with time for cruising, swimming, a sandbar stop, and potentially a waterfront restaurant visit.
On board: Bring your own drinks and snacks. A cooler with ice and bottled water, Bluetooth sound system, restroom, cabin, sun deck, and shaded seating are available.
Important: Fuel and facility fees are included. Captain fees are additional: $100 for 2 hours, $200 for 4 hours, and $300 for 6 hours. Rates may vary on selected holidays. The charter returns to Dock B.

We operate under the Passenger Vessel Safety Act of 1993, and you will need to select a captain for your trip and sign a Bareboat Charter Agreement, according to this USCG law. The company will email you the contract and you can also select the captain there, 2 to 3 days before the starting time.

Guests with Trip Protection may qualify for refund, reschedule, or credit options under our policy. Guests without Trip Protection may only qualify for reschedule or credit when applicable. Trip Protection must be requested before the reservation by calling or texting Bruschi Boat Rental at 786-701-6078. Do not rely on weather apps or conditions in your area; always arrive on time unless we confirm cancellation in writing. Failure to show up will forfeit the full amount and be recorded as a no-show.
