The 8:00 AM option includes a shuttle bus from Hanoi's Old Quarter. Pick-up times are between 7:30 AM and 8:10 AM, depending on your hotel's location (pick-ups are not available outside Hanoi's Old Quarter).
The 11:30 AM option does not include a shuttle bus or transfers to/from the harbor. This option is for customers departing from Tuan Chau Marina harbor. Note: Starting July 1, 2026, Vietnamese authorities will restrict tourist buses from entering Hanoi's Old Quarter. We will confirm the exact pick-up point and time before your departure date. Pick-up and drop-off services will be provided along streets such as Hai Bà Trưng, Tràng Thi, Phùng Hưng, Hàng Đậu, Trần Nhật Duật, Trần Quang Khải, Nhà Hát Lớn, Tràng Tiền, and Lý Thường Kiệt.
