Do not book this tour. Our ship could not port due to weather and they only paid 60% refund even though the cancelation was no fault of our own. Did not follow Viator policy!

This 11 AM tour would have been from our ship. At 8:54 AM the captain announced that due to high winds we could not safely go to Haugesund port. I immediately contacted the tour operator through Viator. From that point on we never heard anything from the operator. No acknowledgement, thank you, or offer of a refund, even partial. It is now a full day later. The ship offered the same tour and all those passengers got an immediate refund. The apparent lesson? In Haugesund use the ship, not Viator and this operator.

I would definitely recommend the tour with Jaime. She is kind, funny and knowledgeable. I was the solo traveller from the group and she made sure that I did not feel left out. We got to see many places and take a lot of pictures. I learned a lot about Norway. I would not have seen so many different places with this tour. Jaime even treats us with a local snack. Do not hesitate, I can assure you that you will not regret a penny.
