Cancelled an hour before tour was supposed to start.

They cancelled the tour the morning of, just over one hour before the tour was supposed to start. This was really disappointing and left me in a scramble to find a new tour. They did offer to reschedule but didn’t have a tour available on a date that worked with my schedule. I did receive a refund within the next couple of days though.

In this case, the tour was booked in error because the schedule was not actually available for booking. Unfortunately, the booking system allowed the reservation to go through, which meant the cancellation happened much closer to the tour time than we would have wanted. We did offer alternative dates and options, but we understand that these did not work with your schedule. When we could not find a suitable alternative, the booking was fully refunded, as you noted. We are pleased that the refund was processed promptly, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to clarify what happened. Very good food tour, the guide Sui Wei was very nice and knowledgeable. She provided interesting info about food and local streets/habits. We also visited wet market - very interesting experience. Food was amazing. Especially brisket noodles.

We also visited temple and wet market and learnt about local traditions and current living in Hong Kong .
