Cool Experience
Liz_R, October 2026
It was a cool experience walking the seabed. The rock formations were interesting and I took many photos! I learned that it was against the rules to walk out towards the water as there are many critters they want to protect nestled in the silt etc. I wore hiking shoes thank goodness, but many did not and I felt especially sorry for people with white running shoes! Be prepared to have mucky feet! There is a place to hose your feet off thankfully.

We came at high tide, hiked in the park afterwards, then came back at low tide. My third time but the experience and views never disappoint!
