A strict weight limit of 240 lbs. (including riding attire) is enforced, verified on our digital scale. No exceptions will be made.
If you exceed the weight limit and have already booked, please contact us at least one week in advance to arrange a full refund.
Upon arrival, please present a valid ID, the credit card used for the purchase, and your ticket.
Kindly arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
We cater to all riding skill levels. Children aged six and above will ride their own horse.
Guests with special needs are welcome; please notify the ranch at least 24 hours prior to your ride so we can assess our ability to accommodate requests (e.g., for autism, stroke, fractures, imbalance, back problems, or pregnancy).
We recommend wearing long pants or shorts paired with a long, dry towel to prevent leg chafing. Closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots; no sandals) are required.
Bring water, insect repellent, sunscreen, and a small, zip-up bag for personal items.
Safety riding helmets are available upon request at the ranch.

From San Juan: Take Highway 22 West for about 50 miles until it merges with Highway 2. Continue on Hwy 2 for approximately 23 miles, then turn right onto Highway 110 towards Rafael Hernandez Airport. Proceed for about 4 miles and turn right onto Road 4466. Take the first left and follow signs to Tropical Trail Rides.
