Tour guide Julian was...
Amie_W, October 2026
Tour guide Julian was excellent.
Very kind, patient, knowledgeable and engaging.
40min hike there and back. Not ideal for seniors or young kids I’m surprised the tour description does not mention this.
There was a second tour guide with us but didn’t catch his name. He was very rude to some seniors in our group. Yelling profanities. Threatening to leave them behind. He was clearly under a time limit. Julian kept him calm and was very kind to every guest and encouraged everyone that they could make it.

Amazing ice cave tour with Norb
310panisarap, October 2026
Norb was an amazing guide. He was super passionate and knowledgable about the glaciers and made sure to show us extra features when we had extra time. The only downside was that we booked on Get Your Guide and the meeting point provided was wrong so it was very confusing getting to the meeting point.
