Ecological Train to Devil's Throat
Next up, ride on an ecological train through the Iguazu rainforest to access the viewing platform that overlooks the impressive Devil’s Throat, the most important and most imposing waterfall of all. You will not cease to be amazed by the force of millions of litres of water falling at different heights! In case there are many people in the train to go to The Devil’s Throat, you will try to go first to less crowded places.

Iguazu Falls
After touring “Garganta del Diablo” (Devil’s Throat), you will continue to explore the walkways of either the lower or the upper circuit accompained by a local specialized guide. Both of them are sure to impress you: The LOWER CIRCUIT, feature a more intimate experience with nature as you walk right into the forest to the heart of the falls, you will be able to feel the “spirit” of the jungle; its humidity, sounds and aromas. The UPPER CIRCUIT provides magnificent panoramic views from the top of the falls. This circuit is the perfect place to kick back and relax with the sound of water in the background and sunlight on your skin. The elevated walkways will take you over the drop line of several of the main jumps. Are you hungry? You will have some free time to have lunch (lunch not included).

Safari Truck and Thrilling Boat Adventure
After touring the circuits, set off in an open-air truck through the lush tropical forest accompanied by a bilingual guide and then descend the stairs leading to the pier. Now, the moment you have been waiting for: Embark on an unforgettable boat adventure! Get up close to Tres Mosqueteros falls and enjoy amazing Devil’s Throat views crowning the canyon. To further add to your adrenaline, face the incomparable San Martín fall, the second biggest of all! Needless to say, you will get soaked! You will navigate 6km (2 km of rapids). After enjoying the final views of the day, we will drive you back to your hotel in Puerto Iguazu. The order of the itinerary is subject to change due to conditions of an operational nature. The cost is a rip off. You don’t need a guide for the national park. Everything is self-explanatory and well laid out. The waiting for the group to catch up was endless. We must’ve stood around for over two hours waiting for people to congregate intermittently through the day. Avoid going with a group. It made the experience very frustrating. Our guide pointed out one bird. You can buy tickets for the boat ride yourself and it is half the cost. The Eco train is free. You can have a taxi or Uber drive you to the national park and save a lot of money. The boat ride does get you very wet. Best to bring a swimsuit. There are plenty of changing rooms to utilize before you get on the boat. The 4 x 4 off-road trek is part of the boat ride. It’s not an individual thing. That open air truck comes with the price of the boat. It’s not a separate experience. These tour operators make it seem like they’re doing this for you. It’s vendors in the park that are providing the services. Not the folks you pay. You have to buy your own park entrance. I estimate that the tour operator pockets, half the money that you pay them. The falls were amazing to see! The experience was significantly affected by lots of time standing around and waiting.cost of the book.

The tour was generally very good and included all the points that every other provider there also offers. Unfortunately, the program states pickup from the hotel or accommodation. It just has to be on the route. We had to walk 30 minutes to the pickup point. To me, that has nothing to do with a pickup. By the way, on the way back as well.

Iguaza is amazing

We did the Argentina side of the resort & booking the trip was fine & all the info. There were mixed messages about taking your passport, which we didnt need as we only did argentina side. If you do the Brazil side then you will need to. We were not comfortable taking our passports. The pick up was fine & on time. At the start of the national park we had to wait an hour & half as few of the other guests entry passes had expired. There were 4 of us in English that had to wait as we had ours. The guide had to pay for the other guests but took ages! The tour company were not helpful & we were all getting annoyed as wasting time. When we tried to call the agent they wouldnt answer & just sent whats app message. We did get an apology message but due to time we didnt get on the train ride although we paid for this! Max our guide was amazing & we fid the whole top & lower tiere of the falls. A must do!! Just amazing & extra adventure was the boat ride! We had a fab day, was full on & tiring but worth every moment! Shame we didnt have time to do the Brazil side. Thank you to Max our guide as he was amazing, so caring in his nature & just made our day even with a delay start!
