Horrible!

This tour did not happen! We boarded the trolley and went for about 15 minutes during which the audio was off and on. It would cut out and then come back on either repeating areas that had already been played or jumping ahead. The driver took as back to the starting point and asked her supervisor what to do. The supervisor was no help. She acted annoyed and offered to put us on a different tour that she was driving and said that was our only option. She couldn’t provide a refund or offer seats on the same tour at a different time. She said we’d have to call Big D tours for those options but it was impossible to get a real person on the phone. I would like a refund but can’t find anyone to tell me how to get it. Very frustrating.

In order to make this bus tour complete, you must walk around the grassy area and get the full perspective of where the presidential limousine drove through.
