It left a lot to be desired. I do not recommend.

There was no visit to the winery. The tasting was too quick, in a small, standing environment, with many people, with small pieces of cheese and half a slice of salami...

It is an interesting experience, but very commercial. Initially, the presentation group is very crowded, to the point that everyone cannot fit comfortably. Even if the sommelier in charge of the tour says "it has no commercial content," it is totally commercial, such as: making us wait in line to take photos that are later sold, explaining how to "buy" a wine barrel, making it sound exclusive, and how to get an X% discount and how to participate in their loyalty club. After a tour with information like this, we really have a tasting class, but the downside is a very small room and not-so-good information from the sommelier, such as selling a type of wine they don't have. Even though you have the option of sweet or dry wine, you only choose 1 per tasting, but at the end, if you want to buy and fill out the wine purchase form, you can repeat. But it is very crowded and the attention is only greater if you go to buy. The cup is nice, but they don't even pass a drop of water to keep it, unlike other tours, and detail, they put it in a box with no protection at all. Also, I think it would be interesting for us to taste the grape juices they produce as well. And the detail is, you can only buy the wines right after the tasting, when they are already a little altered and only at that moment.

First of all, what is fair is fair: the place is beautiful, has structure, a nice view, and the staff are very nice.
That said, the tour itself is quite frustrating. You see the advertisement from beginning to end, it's not taken to the production area itself, it's more of a theatrical thing without deep or even useful information, it's more something for you to post on Instagram, nothing more and far from what is compared to others in the Chilean region.
It's worth it if it's the first time you're going to a winery, if your life is reduced to looks and Instagram, don't do it otherwise.
However, nevertheless, realize that the tour is not worth it, the winery is. Go for a walk, go see, enjoy, buy a nice wine, but don't take that trip.
