Beautiful tour, nice caves. We could leave our luggage at the pier. We were 7 boats and the weather was sunny, not windy but a bit wavy. We couldn't manage to always listen to the guide and he didn't always wait for all to continue. Unfortunately we lost the group once. In the middle of the tour it got really crowded with other tours and motorboats and other big boats that wanted to enter. Not all of them were understanding that they might have to wait a minute until all boats are through.

We had an enjoyable kayak and snorkeling trip with EZRide mainly thanks to our guide Leo who was great.
The downside was overbooking and overlapping tour groups. Waiting in line with 10–15 kayaks to get into the sea caves slowed things down and a few detours.
Snorkelling was nice with a few different fish but again quite crowded.
Sea conditions were a bit choppy and the the swell from the motor boats added to it. The team handled it well when a tow line came undone that was pulling the kayaks back. We opted to kayak back ourselves which was great.
Good overall just be prepared for busy waters.

We booked the activity a few hours before it was to take place and they canceled it due to the tide (which I understand), but we didn't receive a cancellation notice via email, so we wasted time going all the way there.
This same thing happened to the people.
The amount I paid has not yet been returned to me, which I understand will take a little longer since it is the weekend.
