This activity is not recommended for individuals with spinal injuries. Pregnant travelers are advised not to participate. This activity is not recommended for those with poor cardiovascular health. The experience is suitable for all physical fitness levels. All participants aged 18 and above must present a government-issued picture ID. The minimum age requirement for flying is 6 years old. Minors under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to be present at check-in with ID to sign waivers. The combined weight limit for tandem and triple flights is 450 lbs. Solo flights are not permitted. Flights accommodate 2-3 people at a time; triple flights are subject to weather and weight conditions. Check-in is required 30 minutes before your departure time. Pregnant guests are prohibited from participating in parasailing. Alcohol consumption is forbidden before the activity. Guests showing signs of intoxication or carrying alcohol will be denied participation, may be required to reschedule, and tickets are non-refundable. Children aged 6-14 must be accompanied by an adult on the boat. Children aged 6-13 must fly with a supervising guest aged 14+. Minors aged 15-17 can participate without an adult on the tour, but a parent must still be present at check-in with ID to sign waivers. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before boarding the vessel. Arrive at the check-in location 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Ensure you have a valid government-issued photo ID if you are 18 or older. Children aged 6-14 need an adult on the boat; those 6-13 must fly with someone 14+. Review the weight restrictions and flight options before booking. Avoid consuming alcohol before your parasailing experience. Be prepared to sign a liability waiver before boarding. For a full refund, please ensure your cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
