With its inviting warm waters and a magnificent 1.9-mile (3 km) golden sandy beach, Surfers Paradise is the ideal location to learn the art of surfing.
Your lesson will take place in waist-deep water under the guidance of fully certified surf instructors who are also surf life savers.
A soft beginner surfboard and a rash vest or wetsuit are provided for your comfort and safety.

Meet us at our shop located on Cavill Avenue, directly beside Hungry Jack’s, in the vibrant center of Surfers Paradise. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for check-in.
We will equip you with a long-sleeved rash vest and a suitable soft-top board before we head down to the beach.
The session begins with a brief safety orientation, after which we will enter the water to catch your first waves in waist-deep conditions.
Following your time in the water, we'll return to the sand for expert advice on mastering the pop-up technique.
We will then head back into the ocean, where your instructor will provide continuous support, assisting you in riding wave after wave.
Your mobile or paper ticket is accepted. One ticket is required per booking.
Our shop is situated in the Paradise Center, at shop 26A Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise. It is located at the beach end of Cavill Avenue, next to Hungry Jacks.

Great surfing experience! We are beginner surfers and despite the waves being quite heavy, the instructors made us feel safe and we were able to ride a few waves ourselves. We would definitely recommend taking a surf lesson!

Great experience although I had harsh conditions on the day which made surfing extremely tough. Our 4 instructors weee great, super informative, strict on some if they weren’t listening but that was concern from our weather conditions and safety! My arms kill but so worth the experience! Would do again 100%

Fantastic experience surfing in surfers paradise. Went from total beginner to consistently standing up in the space of the 2 hour session thanks to a brilliant instructor in Jack. Would definitely recommend!
