Public Join-In Tours typically meet at the Hardy Street Parking Structure. Private Tours can often pick up directly from Traverse City hotels and Airbnb locations.
Pickup is at the Hardy Street Parking Structure, on the east side near the State Street entrance, adjacent to Middlecoast Brewery. Look for luxury GMC Yukons or Cadillac Escalades. The Hardy Street Parking Structure is across the street from the Park Place Hotel.
For groups, we also offer pickups from select downtown Traverse City locations – simply email or text us your location. Our guests avoid walking long distances to a distant park to board an old, rundown bus, or worse, driving to a park only to return to Traverse City after a day of wine tasting! Day tours: We can sometimes accommodate pickups at local area hotels before the tour. However, afternoon traffic can be heavy, so drop-offs after the day tour will be in downtown Traverse City. Day tour guests are strongly advised to dine in downtown Traverse City until rush hour subsides and then catch an Uber or hotel shuttle later in the afternoon. Guides can provide dinner recommendations.
Guests on afternoon/sunset tours: Plan ahead and arrive downtown early via hotel shuttles or Ubers, as traffic becomes heavy in the afternoon. Proceed to the pickup point (Hardy Street Parking Structure), and we can usually drop off at local hotels/motels after the wine tour.
