Our tour guide, Elisabetta, was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she made the entire experience fun, engaging, and enjoyable. She shared so many interesting facts and fun anecdotes about the foods we tasted and the history of Vieux Lyon, which made every stop even more special. This tour was a wonderful way to immerse ourselves in Lyon’s local culture and history through its food, traditions, and stories. The tour started late, she texted she could recognize her as she would be wearing sunglasses and a badge. The provided no help as most people in the big square were wearing sun glasses and her badge was appropriately 3-inches by 2-inches. The guide had a very soft voice making her information difficult to hear. We realized we learned very little on this tour!
