Take the train instead
Gina_G, September 2026
This was honestly a glorified shuttle. The tour guide had a few discussion points in the car, but then just dropped us off at each stop and pointed out two things for us to potentially go see and then I have no idea where she went, but it wasn’t very helpful considering we didn’t know where to go in each of the neighborhoods we went to and ended up wandering around aimlessly along with our entire group. Save the money and just go on the train.
Response from the operator · Tour A Dear Gina,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are surprised to read your comments, as this guide has consistently received very positive feedback and has never received a negative review regarding her service.
According to her, she did assist in orienting you at each stop and suggested places and points of interest to visit during free time. The tour is designed to combine commentary and guidance from the vehicle with independent time to explore each destination at your own pace.
We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

Terrible tour waste of a day
Robert_V, September 2026
They didn’t honor our request to be on same tour with friends. We had rude people who refused to switch vans. Our driver didn’t allow us enough time to see the places. Driver was half hour late and brought us back esrly
Response from the operator · Tour A Dear Robert,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the tour.
We would like to clarify that your situation was discussed internally with the Customer Care team. Regarding the delay, your driver was completing a previous pick-up in Cannes, and unfortunately, the heavy traffic associated with the back-to-school period caused an additional delay. We sincerely apologize for this.
Thank you for your understanding and for bringing these points to our attention.
