We had a convenient beach side pick up at Windsong Resort. It was a beautiful day, we stopped for snorkeling at the reef and it was beautiful. The quick stop to see the iguanas was very cool. We had plenty of time for fun and pictures. The lunch was sandwiches, drinks, chips, and fruit. It was all fresh and great. The last stop was half moon cay. It was beautiful knee deep water, great fun for children and adults alike. On the trip back the captain gave us lots of history of T&C and some of the sites we were seeing. Highly recommend. A tip was not included but we were happy to tip 20% to such a helpful crew.

Absolutely amazing snorkeling trip!!! Captain Big Lou and DC were the BEST!! Captain Lou shared so many awesome facts about the island and had a great sense of humor. They made everyone feel like family! Loved snorkeling a shipwrecked boat and the barrier reef. Such an amazing experience! Thank you Captain Lou and DC! We will be back!!!

Cancelled last minute, unreliable.

I was not able to experience this because they last minute cancelled the boat trip. I understand not having enough people buy tickets but they could have advised ahead of time. Instead they cancelled the day of the trip, and we were unable to get another boat tour so last minute. Completely ruined our snorkeling plans.

We completely understand your disappointment, especially since the same-day cancellation left you without enough time to arrange another snorkeling trip.
Some of our shared excursions require a minimum number of guests to operate, and unfortunately during slower periods we occasionally don't reach that minimum until we get very close to departure. We always try to give guests as much notice as possible, but in this case we understand that the timing significantly affected your plans.
We're sorry you missed the opportunity to get out on the water during your visit. Your feedback is appreciated, and we're reviewing how we communicate and handle trips that are at risk of not reaching minimum capacity so guests have more opportunity to make alternative arrangements.

There was confusion once...

There was confusion once we left the dock about who was on the boat. We had to return to the stand on the beach more than once. It resulted in a 30 min delay in the trip which they couldn’t make up. If they just checked everyone as they were getting on the boat it could have been avoided. Also we sat up top and since there was no speaker system we couldn’t hear anything that was being announced downstairs. Other than that it was an amazing snorkeling cruise. The beach at iguana island was absolutely beautiful.
