Not worth the money
Aubree_M, October 2026
The area was absolutely beautiful and the bus was comfortable and clean. The tour guide could have done better. As a visitor, I want to hear more about the history of the area. The tour takes you to a Maple syrup gift shop that probably gives kickbacks, a stop at Peggy’s Cove and then a quick walk through a park. Granted, the park was pretty but it’s a park. The tour guide complained about her knee and instead of doing a quick count of people on the bus tried to get a bunch of tourists (who have no clue what’s going on) to do a verbal head count. A tour guide should personally do the head count since it is their responsibility to make sure no one is left behind.
Response from the operator · Jonathan D Noted. We will talk to her. She has been with the company for more 26 years and at her age at 68 years old, perhaps we will ask her to start thinking about retirement or be forced out. You are also the only one that complained in a group of 39 people................Thank you.

Halifax and Pegg's Cove
Gerald_A, October 2026
This was a fabulous tour of Halifax and Peggy's cove. It was a small tour (6-8 people) in a van as opposed to a big bus. Jonathan gave a very personalized tour- Halifax, Citadel, Titanic cemetery, Peggy's cove. We were even able to stop at a local restaurant at Peggy's Cove
(Shaw Restaurant) for a fabulous seafood chowder.

It had potential
Teri_G, October 2026
Jonathan was a very pleasant (and kind) tour guide. My only complaint is that he held up the tour by 50 minutes for late arrivals who also had to be back early which cut into our time for the excursion, especially at the Citadel and Peggy’s Cove. It was frustrating losing about 20% of the time we were supposed to have..
Response from the operator · Jonathan D So True. You were very professional in responding to emails. Some people don't, and it is very frustrating when that happens, as we have to call and wait for them to show up. I apologize, and please, everyone who is booking with Viator, do your best to respond to your emails. Thank you.

Jonathan was amazing. He made the trip very interesting. We enjoyed Peggy’s Cove and all the other stops along the way. Very windy at Peggy’s Cove. Thanksgiving Day in Canada.
