The meeting point is under the arch of Porta Santa Nuova in Piazza Daniele Manin.

Dress code: To enter the Cathedral, your back, shoulders, and at least mid-thighs must be covered. Failure to comply may result in denied entry.
The Cathedral may occasionally be closed for religious services.

Your entrance tickets will be handed to you on the day of your tour.
Child tickets are valid for children aged 0 to 7 years and do not include entrance to the Leaning Tower.
Discovery Pisa offers refunds for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your tour. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour. This policy applies to late arrivals due to flight or train issues, traffic, or congestion. Refunds are also not provided if these issues are caused by rain.
