Airport Arrivals: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Once you would have cleared Customs and immigration, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. Your chauffeur will then greet you at the exit of the terminal with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. You also have the option to stop to a grocery or liquor store for a 30 minutes complimentary. Because the grocery store stop is not automatic; AT THE TIME OF PICK UP PLEASE ADVISE THE CHAUFFEUR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO STOP AT A STORE. THIS COMPLIMENTARY STORE STOP IS NOT GUARANTEED ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OR AFTER STORE HOURS OF 8PM MON-SAT and 1PM ON SUNDAYS. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle.

Vehicle Dash Cam Disclosure
For the safety and security of all passengers and the vehicle, we would like to inform you that our vehicles are equipped with both front and rear-facing dash cameras. These cameras are installed to enhance the safety measures and to record and capture images during the vehicle's operation.
The dash cams are utilized to:
Record Video: Both front and rear dash cams continuously record video footage while the vehicle is in operation.
Capture Images: In addition to video recording, the cameras also take still pictures intermittently.
The recorded footage and images are solely used for safety, security, and incident investigation purposes. Please note that the information gathered by these cameras will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be accessed in case of accidents, disputes, or situations requiring investigation.

Great driver, friendly, professional, and entertaining. However, our arrival time was known for a long time and when we arrived at 7, we were told all grocery stores would be closed so we couldn’t do that. Might’ve booked alternative plans for less money knowing that, but the driver did ultimately find us somewhere to get some essentials, so it all worked out.

Too Expensive for the Stop

Car service was fine but expensive. After we arrived, we were met outside of baggage and were told that the original driver had car trouble or something and would not be able to pick us up. They were sending another car but it would be about 15 minutes late. No big deal at all but then they said that they would take us to the store as purchased and we have 30 minutes to shop. If the shopping trip lasted longer than that then the price is $70 more per every 15 minutes. I politely asked if that applied to them being late as well? Since your driver was more than 15 minutes late, do I get a $70 refund? Still waiting on that answer.
A private car for 5 people to and from the airport with bags should be about $100 on the high end or at least that is the word we were getting. I think a private taxi may be around $50??
The driver was great but you have to run around a very crowded store you have never been in and grab stuff so you want be charged another crazy fee. For the price, it should be an hour. I get it, they overcharge Americans and that is to be expected but to me it seemed high. Even for Nassau.

This was an easy transition. Easy to find our service at the airport. Had a greeter walk us to the pick up area away from all the comotion. Our driver, kind, not pushy or high strung, gave me more info about the area and culture than any tour could have. He was awesome. Truck was clean, he drove with care. I will definitely refer and use this service again.
