This is the second time I book this transportation service. The man arrived timely to pick me up, was helpful by opening the door and provided assistance with my luggage. There was no obvious way...

There was no obvious way to state the amount of baggage we had. We contacted the operator once they made contact to let them know we had a baby and 7 bags, but they didn’t adjust the ride as a consequence.
The driver arrived but then said he couldn’t take our bags. He suggested asking for a refund and getting a taxi. He then organised us an alternative ride and we paid cash to get to our accomodation, although the driver demanded 40% more once we got there than the original driver had arranged. The driver was very apologetic and helpful within what he could do.
Gran Colombia have been very defensive, unsympathetic and unaware of the difficulties of communication whilst in an aeroplane, suggesting it was our problem that we didn’t reply whilst on the flight they were aware we were on.
Overall a disappointing experience, as a function of the inability to state during booking that you needed a larger ride. The booking was described as a shuttle and in our home country a shuttle is a van with many pax plus a trailer for baggage.
I’d suggest not using this service unless you only have one bag per person. And definitely don’t depend on it if you’re unwilling to be stranded on the roadside in at nighttime in a foreign city with a baby and a stack of bags.

It is unreasonable to book a USD 25 transfer for 2 passengers and expect a sedan to accommodate 7 suitcases, a baby, and a stroller. Our booking page clearly explains the vehicle types, including that reservations for 2 passengers are assigned a sedan, not a van.
The fact that the word "shuttle" may have a different meaning in your home country does not change the vehicle specifications clearly stated on Viator website.
Despite the excessive luggage and the lack of advance arrangements for a larger vehicle, our driver helped you find alternative transportation. Additionally, we issued you a refund for the original service.
We understand your frustration, but expecting a much larger vehicle for the price of a standard sedan transfer is simply not reasonable.
