My husband and I had the best tour ever! We requested more of a history tour of Jamaica and he accommodated us in every way. We even requested to go to the local market and ate mango. We highly recommend!
Response from the operator · DownToEarthTours2014 What a pleasure it was showing you both a deeper side of Jamaica! 🇯🇲 I’m so glad we could customize the day around the history and local experiences you wanted including a visit to the local market and some fresh mango! 😊 Thank you for the wonderful recommendation and for trusting Down To Earth Tours with your time in Jamaica. We hope to see you both again!

Great day in Jamaica

Husein was a wonderful guide. Just make sure you know where to meet him and how to reach him before you set sail on your cruise. (469) 742-1687 Husein Montique
We had no wifi on board and didn't get an email from him until the day before our tour (which we missed because we had no wifi). Also make sure that you know what you want to see in Jamaica in advance. He took us to many local spots which was awesome and he was very informative but we ended our tour early because we didn't know where else to go. He's very knowledgeable and friendly.
Response from the operator · DownToEarthTours2014 Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for choosing Down To Earth Tours! 🇯🇲 It was truly a pleasure showing you some of the local side of Jamaica.
We appreciate your feedback regarding communication. With cruise ship guests, timing can sometimes be challenging, as our number-one priority is always making sure everyone has a great experience without creating any risk of missing the ship. We do our very best to communicate meeting instructions ahead of time and work within each ship’s schedule.
I’m glad you enjoyed the local stops, conversation, and information along the way. Thank you again for spending your day in Jamaica with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even bigger adventure next time!

Montego Bay Tour
telissaj2026, July 2026
Great tour! Our guide was super nice, patient, and showed us so much. We had a fun and informative day. My only suggestion would be to use a small microphone and speaker on the bus because it was hard to hear over the background noise. Overall, we had a great experience!
Response from the operator · DownToEarthTours2014 Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear you had a fun and informative day exploring Montego Bay with us. It’s great to know your guide made the experience enjoyable with patience and great hospitality.
