Parking is available at Rivercenter Mall. Proceed past James Avery and Victoria's Secret, then exit through the glass doors into Blum Alley. Sisters Grimm is located on your right, opposite Starbucks.
If you are walking, set your GPS to Menger Hotel (204 Alamo Plaza). We are situated next door, across from Starbucks, near the alley.
The bus will drop off all passengers at the rear of the Menger Hotel, close to Morton's Steakhouse and the Crockett Parking Garage.

Check-In & ID Requirements:
Valid ID is required: The primary booker must present a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation.
Check-In Procedure: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour's scheduled start time at Sisters Grimm Tours & Oddities Parlor to complete check-in and receive your wristband. Simply enter the store to check in before the tour commences!

Parking Recommendations:
We suggest parking at Rivercenter Mall – specifically the Crockett Lot, or in other nearby parking facilities.
Be aware that downtown traffic can be heavy, so factor in extra time for parking and walking to our location.
Directions from the Parking Lot:
Navigate through Rivercenter Mall until you find Victoria's Secret.
Continue past this store and exit through the double doors leading outside to Blum Alley.
Our establishment is directly across from Starbucks – look for Sisters Grimm Oddities Parlor.
Walking Directions from Nearby Areas:
Set your GPS to the Menger Hotel.
When facing the front of the hotel, look to your right. You will see Rivercenter Mall and Starbucks.
We are located just across the alley from Starbucks.

Tour Policies:
❌ No Refunds for Late Arrivals – It is crucial to plan ahead for potential traffic and parking delays.
Children aged 7 and under are not permitted on the bus.
Smoking is prohibited both on and off the bus.
♿ Accessibility – Please note that our buses are not equipped for wheelchair accessibility.
Recording of the tour, whether video or audio, is not permitted.
Respect the Experience – Any guests exhibiting disruptive behavior (e.g., being loud, rowdy, or interrupting the tour) may be asked to leave without a refund.
Some Walking is Involved – The most significant walking portion will be within a cemetery. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear!
