Your e-bike reservation start times are exact. You must arrive at the Hull's Cove Visitor Center, located at 25 Visitor Center Road in Bar Harbor, 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time for an e-bike lesson and park orientation.
Should you conclude your ride earlier than planned, kindly use the provided bike lock to secure the e-bikes at the designated location shown during your lesson.
The range of the ebikes depends on the chosen route, your pedaling effort, and your body weight. During your lesson, you will learn how to manage and monitor the battery range. Most riders achieve between 30 and 50 miles.
You are permitted to ride the e-bike throughout Acadia National Park and the Bar Harbor area wherever regular bicycles are allowed. Bicycle use is forbidden on hiking trails.
If you are renting from us and arriving via cruise ship, you are responsible for your transportation from the ship to the Hulls Cove Visitor Center. This journey is approximately 2.5 miles, so please arrange your transport in advance or utilize the Island Explorer bus service when it is operational. We strongly recommend the Cadillac Mtn. Shuttle (booking required in advance) for taxi services.

This is an exceptional company. Our bikes were new & up to date. We were given detailed how-to instructions with time to practice in the parking lot. We are older adults (65-75), so it was greatly appreciated. We spoke with other people later that day- their bikes were older & one had his chain come off. Our bikes didn’t have chains. The others didn’t have a pouch on back to carry stuff & they weren’t given water. All of this was included for us. Our group “navigator” was given a map & the guide reviewed it with them & suggested/discouraged routes. We were self guided, had a great time & no issues and beautiful scenery.

Definitely one of the best things we did in Bar Harbor. The e-bikes are super easy to operate and make traveling the park a dream. My wife and I loved every minute of it and we are not super athletic people. Definitely a must for almost anyone. The landscape is amazing. We pedaled over 25 miles and it was great! Would definitely do it again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
