The boat features a high deck, providing excellent vantage points for everyone to easily spot dolphins. Morning departures offer calmer waters, ideal for wildlife viewing, while sunset departures allow you to witness the sky transform into a canvas of color as dolphins play alongside the vessel.
All ages are welcome. Please note that, as per USCG regulations, every passenger, from infants to adults, requires a ticket.

Every individual, from 1 day old to 100 years old, requires a ticket, as mandated by USCG regulations.
Parking: Do not park in Shaggy's lot, as your vehicle will be towed. Allow ample time for traffic and parking. Utilize the free public parking across the street on the sound side (735 Pensacola Beach Blvd.) and use the crosswalk, or park at 3 Casino Beach boardwalk @ Casino Beach Public Parking Lot (near the Beach Ball Water Tower). The boat departs punctually; late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and requests to hold the boat will not be granted.
Boarding: Check-in occurs only upon boarding the vessel. Please be seated and await the Mermaid Crew's announcement before lining up. Your entire group must be present to board. The Frisky Mermaid may be on another tour when you arrive. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or no-shows; please contact this third-party provider for rescheduling options.
Gratuity: While not required, tips for the Mermaid Crew are greatly appreciated.
Weather Policy: The Captain makes all weather-related decisions at the dock. You will be notified via text or message if the tour cannot proceed due to weather, especially if the decision is known in advance of your scheduled tour.
Life Jackets: This is a USCG-inspected vessel. While wearing a life jacket is not mandatory for adults, they are available. Infants up to 12 months old must wear a provided infant life vest at all times.
Golf Cart Transportation: For beach transportation, call 850-972-8485. This service is complimentary, with drivers working for gratuities.
No Coolers: Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are available for purchase onboard.
Accessibility: The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Getting Wet: It is possible to get wet as you are on a boat surrounded by water. Bringing a towel is recommended.
