We really had a super guide with Raphael! He is totally friendly, likable, and you notice immediately that he really knows his stuff. At the same time, he is very warm and personable – because of that, you felt comfortable right away. What I particularly liked was his enthusiasm. Raphael was involved with a lot of enthusiasm and passion, and you could tell that he really enjoys his job. He shared many interesting things, but in a relaxed and entertaining way, so the time flew by. You can simply tell that he not only knows a lot professionally, but is also a really great person. Exactly this mix makes for a really good guide in my opinion. We would definitely book Raphael again and can really recommend him to anyone who wants to experience a great tour with a competent, likable, and dedicated guide. My husband and I went to Lisbon for our honeymoon. Our favorite day was spent on this tour to Sintra. Our guide Raphael was one of the reasons our tour was so amazing! He was so knowledgeable about all the places we visited and we felt like he went above and beyond to make our day enjoyable. Absolutely loved this tour! The scenery around Sintra was breathtaking, and seeing it all from an open Jeep was the best way to experience Sintra. Our guide Raphael was fantastic. He was so friendly, full of knowledge and made the whole experience so much fun. He even played some great tunes along the way! Couldn’t recommend this tour enough. The best way to see and experience Sintra is in a Jeep with Raphael!
