Grand Canyon Adventure

We took the tour with a small group of 8. Our guide/driver, Alex was amazing. He pointed out many features along the way and gave some history. He made sure we were comfortable in the van and reminded us all to drink plenty of water. The lunch that was provided was good, sandwiches, fruit, pasta salad, chips and drinks. We were served with real dinner plates and flatware on the rim of the canyon. It doesn’t get better than that. On the return back to Sedona, he stopped on the side of the road for us to get out and take pictures of a bull elk with 5 females lying on the ground. It was a great day and I highly recommend booking this trip. Hope you are lucky enough to get Alex as your guide!

A tour for all ages

I booked this tour because I had never seen the Grand Canyon and I am 90 years old. I brought my daughter with me to make sure I didn't do anything I shouldn't. The tour was an all day trip from Flagstaff and I was assured that there would be stops in the range of every hour; our tour vehicle was a 12 passenger van with comfortable seating and large windows for viewing; free filtered drinking water was provided along with snacks. The drive from Flagstaff to the South Rim was well over an hour. Our guide, Rocky who called himself a cowboy, was well versed on the history of that part of Arizona and made the trip a pleasant learning experience. The arrival at the first Grand Canyon viewing area was a "Wow" moment for those of us who were newcomers, as Rocky had promised. We were treated to a great picnic lunch at one of our many viewing stops. Two of our stops included optional walks along the rim with Rocky having our van parked and waiting at the end of the walks. In all, we probably stopped at ten different viewing areas and the canyon looked different at each stop. The trip back to Flagstaff was totally new, as Rocky had made his route totally circular, and it was another great learning experience. The tour was perfect for me because it let me go at my own pace. My daughter was equally pleased that she could go at her own pace. The star of the tour was no doubt, the Grand Canyon which is beautiful and overwhelming. But without a knowledgeable guide, the tour would be hit or miss. Rocky was the glue that made the trip pleasant and interesting from start to finish. This was definitely a 5 star event worth every penny.

We just had the most amazing tour day of any before. Our guide was Alex and he was amazing. The Grand Canyon was breathtaking the drive up and back was wonderful. Alex was full of information about the areas around Sedona and the Canyon itself. The Van was very nice and comfortable. We had an amazing picnic lunch at the south rim that was wonderfully planned and delicious. I would highly recommend this company and if you get Alex, that will be the icing on the cake!
