This tour was excellent...

This tour was excellent and very well done. The only negative was that the windows in the van were dirty inside and out and it was a beautiful sunny day. It was so annoying to look out through dirty windows. This was very preventable if the driver payed attention and carried windex and paper towels or had her van ready for the tour that day.
Response from the operator · loKalexperiences Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your tour.
We sincerely apologize for the condition of the van windows and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially on such a beautiful day. Clean windows are important to fully enjoying the scenery, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will be addressing this with our team to ensure our vehicles are properly prepared for each tour.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing loKal Experiences!

A Knowledgeable Guide
502waynee, October 2026
8 of us were in 12 passenger van. Our guide Sandy gave interesting anecdotes about the Amish , Mennonites, and others in the area. We visited 4 farms, and saw a variety of crops, livestock, and equipment. If you enjoy history, this is for you. I particularly liked learning about the Amish customs and life style from a non-Amish woman who has lived here all her life. The ice cream was a real treat.
Response from the operator · loKalexperiences Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your time with Sandy and appreciated her knowledge and stories about the Amish and Mennonite communities. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed visiting the farms, learning about the local history and traditions, and of course, the delicious ice cream! We truly appreciate you joining us and hope to welcome you back for another experience soon!
