Fantastic tour with an amazing tour guide - Laetitia!
LadyLungley, October 2026
Fantastic tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel with the one and only Laetitia! She was amazing; so knowledgeable and passionate, it was an absolute joy to listen to her. She brought everything to life and was so engaging. She has a great sense of humour too, we could have listened to her all day. You will not be disappointed if you end up on one of her tours - she was excellent!

Lauren_R, October 2026
This tour was mistakenly booked in the wrong language. We were not given the option to choose the correct language online, nor were we offered alternatives or accommodations when we registered for the tour upon arrival. I’m sure this tour was extremely informative; however, we did not understand three hours worth of dialogue. Additionally, there was a place to purchase an audio guide in our own language at the tour site and our tour guide did not stop to offer us this option, and we did not know how to ask her to do so. We would have paid the small fee for the audio guide to help us understand at least a little bit of what we were looking at. When we inquired with Viator online and over the phone, they did not desire to help us or credit us in any way for a mistake that was out of our control. Would not recommend this experience to anyone, especially for the price of $370 for two people for three hours. When we arrived at the tour, we were told we could forfeit that amount of money, or go on the tour and not understand anything.
