THE BOAT DEPARTS THE DOCK EXACTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME!!! ARRIVING AFTER THE SCHEDULED TOUR TIME MEANS YOU WILL HAVE MISSED THE BOAT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. By booking, you confirm that failure to arrive before departure constitutes a no-show and is ineligible for a refund. Chargebacks for valid no-show bookings may be contested using booking records, text communications, and signed acknowledgments from the booking process.
To obtain a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the experience's start date in the local time zone. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THIS TIME.
Weather Policy: The tour may be canceled due to severe weather. It typically proceeds in light rain and moderate conditions. However, the provider reserves the right to cancel up to one hour before the start time if severe or unsafe weather conditions arise. If the provider cancels, ticket holders will have the option to reschedule (based on availability), receive a Rain Check, or obtain a refund.
Dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and wear flat shoes. Layering is recommended. Feel free to bring your camera, sunscreen, and binoculars!
MEETING LOCATION: Please use Google Maps or Waze. The boat departs promptly at the scheduled tour time from the Waccamaw River Tours dock at 8496 Enterprise Rd, Myrtle Beach, SC (29588). Turn onto Enterprise Rd at the Waccamaw River Tours sign and follow the boat ride signs to the rear of the property. Park in the designated lot and check in at the Gift Shop to confirm your arrival and receive boarding instructions. Aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before your tour time.
