Wondrous Shirakawa Go experience
svm168, October 2026
Shirakawa Go has been a bucket list venue for me for years. Unfortunately I did not get to see it during its working life but as a tourism city now, it still lived up to expectations. I am in love to say the least! The grilled local beef, and other local food was one of the best dishes we have enjoyed too. Hatsune, our Tour Guide was perfect, she is clear and easy to understand. I really enjoyed her sharing of knowledge which is extensive. I loved her story of how she is the first sound of spring for her Dad. Arigato Gozaimasu Hatsune San. Hope we meet again. Incredible trip to Shirakawa-go. Hatsune made this so much fun. She is a great tour guide with a bubbly personality, knack for storytelling and passion for communicating with people. Anyone would be absolutely lucky to have her on their team. She was VERY clear in all her instructions including on when to return. Tour bus was clean as well. Would def come back to this company

Beautiful town
neilworms, October 2026
Hatsune did a nice job giving an explanation of this unique and beautiful town. Her English was great and she was always cheerful. I'd recommend the 1/2 day tour as it's just the right amount of guidance and independence allowing you to freely explore the town as well as better understand it.
