Hotel parking is exclusively for hotel guests.
Pickup times for Bass Lake and Coarsegold locations are between 6:40 AM and 6:50 AM.
Pickup times for Oakhurst locations are between 7:00 AM and 7:10 AM.
Pickup times for Fish Camp locations are between 7:20 AM and 7:30 AM.

You must be staying at the hotel pickup location you select.
If your accommodation is not among the listed locations, your pickup point will be the Oakhurst Library. Please ensure you are within reasonable driving distance of the Oakhurst Library (49044 Civic Circle, Oakhurst, CA).
Please meet outside the hotel lobby or check-in office.
A minimum of 4 adults is required for tours to commence.
Some attractions are seasonal. While we plan based on typical conditions, certain areas like Mariposa Grove, Glacier Point, and some waterfalls may be closed during your visit. In such cases, we will make additional stops or extend time at other locations.
Please note: Seniors must be capable of boarding the bus independently. We can accommodate compact folding walkers and compact folding wheelchairs, but advance notification is required.
Please be aware that National Park fees may apply to international visitors. If these fees are applicable, they will be collected upon arrival at the destination and are not included in your booking cost.
