This is the first Viatour experience in which I have to express disappointment. While the 3 villages visited were pristine and beautiful, I do not feel the excursion description was detailed very well. Example-
My husband and I are elderly and nothing was mentioned about the intense walking, much of which was at an incline. A description was presented about this historic European waterfall which turned out to be a trickle. It was a long walk and found out after getting back to the bus, we could see it from the bus parking lot. At our 2nd stop If you don’t pay extra for mountain visit, there was basically nothing to do except have lunch and wait for 3 1/2 hrs. Way too long there. I also did not appreciate our guides attitude or providing incorrect information.

An absolutely wonderful tour, perfectly organized from start to finish! Everything was punctual, clear, and thoughtfully planned, with just the right pace to see so much in one day without ever feeling rushed.
A special mention to Angela, our guide, who was simply amazing. Her storytelling skills are exceptional! She shared fascinating facts about Switzerland at exactly the right moments, making every stop more meaningful and interesting without overwhelming us with information.
Thanks to her recommendations, I enjoyed the beautiful village of Lauterbrunnen, explored the stunning views and suspension bridge at Grindelwald First, and ended the day relaxing in Interlaken. The landscapes, nature, and infrastructure were breathtaking.
