Experiencia de safari aceptable

En general, un safari satisfactorio. Pudimos ver monos, babuinos, leones, cebras, antílopes, jirafas, búfalos, elefantes, facóqueros y ñus.
Pros
- Recogida en el hotel puntual
- Transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto en una furgoneta cómoda y con buen aire acondicionado
- Vimos muchos animales continuamente y muy de cerca
- Guía de safari experto, profesional y alegre (Felix)
- Jeep de safari cómodo
- Abundante agua y aperitivos disponibles durante todo el día
Vale
- Almuerzo: oferta gastronómica normalita
- El lugar del almuerzo era cálido y sin ventilación
Contras
- Proceso de aeropuerto y embarque desorganizado
- El vuelo de regreso fue inaceptablemente caluroso durante toda la hora de vuelo, con todos los pasajeros desembarcando empapados en sudor
- Instalaciones sanitarias deficientes sin agua corriente, sin papel higiénico y con inodoros rotos

We are, however, genuinely sorry that some parts of the day did not meet the standard you expected, particularly your return flight. We completely understand how uncomfortable an extremely hot cabin can be, especially after spending a full day on safari. Enduring those conditions for the entire flight back to Zanzibar would understandably affect the overall experience, and we are sorry this was part of your journey with us.
Although our aviation partner operates the flight, your experience from departure to return is important to us. We will therefore raise your comments about the cabin conditions, as well as the airport and boarding process, directly with the relevant team for proper review.

Hoy hemos tenido la suerte de hacer un safari en el Parque Nacional de Mikumi, y no podríamos estar más felices con la experiencia. Mi madre y yo hemos disfrutado muchísimo y, sin duda, gran parte de que haya sido tan especial se debe al fantástico equipo que nos ha acompañado.
Queremos agradecer especialmente a Jaffason, nuestro conductor, y Emmanuel, nuestro guía, por el trato excepcional que hemos recibido durante todo el día. Han sido profesionales, amables, atentos y encantadores en todo momento. Siempre estaban pendientes de nosotras, preguntándonos si teníamos alguna pregunta, si teníamos alguna duda o si queríamos saber más sobre los animales y el entorno.
Además, hemos tenido la enorme suerte de poder ver todos los animales que queríamos ver, algo que ha hecho que el día fuera todavía más increíble. Emmanuel nos ha ayudado a entender y disfrutar mucho más de cada avistamiento, mientras que Jaffason ha hecho un trabajo magnífico conduciendo y buscando los mejores lugares para poder observar a los animales.
Pero, sobre todo, nos quedamos con la sensación de haber estado acompañadas por dos personas que realmente disfrutan de su trabajo y se preocupan por hacer que sus clientes vivan una experiencia inolvidable.
No podríamos haber tenido mejor guía ni mejor conductor. Si estáis pensando en hacer un safari en Mikumi, recomendamos totalmente esta experiencia. ¡Muchísimas gracias, Jaffason y Emmanuel, por hacer de nuestro safari un recuerdo que nunca olvidaremos!

Para la salida, tenemos una cita a las 4:00 con el conductor en la recepción de nuestro hotel para nuestro safari.
Para hacerlo bien, llegamos a las 3:45.
A las 4:20, todavía no había conductor, he llamado 5 veces al responsable de la excursión (Hola Africa) y nadie me respondió.
He pedido a la recepción que los contacten y curiosamente respondieron después de la segunda vez.
Hola Africa respondió que el conductor se había confundido de hotel y se disculpó por este error.
El problema es que tenemos 1h30 de trayecto y llegamos 2 minutos antes del final del embarque.
¡Imaginad nuestro estrés!
Afortunadamente, pasamos un día muy bueno con el guía y tuvimos la suerte de ver todos los animales.
Nuestro vuelo de regreso estaba programado para las 14h45. Despegamos a la hora y aterrizamos alrededor de las 15h45.
Todos los demás clientes vieron a sus chóferes con sus nombres en los carteles.
Nosotros, al igual que en la salida, no vimos a nuestro chófer.
Llamo a Hola Africa para decir que nuestro chófer no está en el punto de encuentro.
20 minutos después, el chófer llegó al aeropuerto para 1h30 de trayecto.
¡A huir!
Estos profesionales no están a la altura de sus prestaciones.
No reservéis vuestras excursiones con Viator.

First, I would like to sincerely apologize for the stress and inconvenience caused by the transfer arrangements on the day of your safari.
After reviewing what happened, we found that there was a mix-up regarding the pickup location following a hotel change before your tour. Unfortunately, the similarity between the hotel names caused our driver to go to the wrong property. Although we managed to get you to the airport in time for your flight, we fully understand how stressful it must have been to arrive so close to boarding time.
Regarding the return transfer, your flight arrived back in Zanzibar considerably earlier than usual that day due to an operational schedule adjustment. As a result, there was a delay in coordinating the airport pickup vehicle. While the wait was relatively short, we recognize that after the experience in the morning, this understandably added to your frustration.
Most importantly, we do not consider either situation acceptable. Regardless of the reasons behind them, this is not the standard of service that we aim to deliver.
What makes your comments especially disappointing for us is that they relate to logistics rather than the safari itself. We are pleased that you enjoyed your day in Mikumi, had a successful game drive, and were able to see the wildlife you came to experience. However, we know that a great safari should be matched by smooth and reliable service from beginning to end.
We have already reviewed this incident with our operations team and strengthened our transfer verification procedures to help prevent similar situations in the future.
Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention. Feedback such as yours helps us improve, and we genuinely regret that parts of your experience fell below both your expectations and our own standards.

Una experiencia formidable y súper recomendable. El viaje en avión tipo avioneta ha ido muy bien, pilotos muy profesionales, (el aeropuerto por la mañana es un poco lio
Porque salen muchos vuelos a los safaris, pero como todo en la isla, con calma, ha salido todo bien) y el safari en sí, es estupendo, está muy bien organizado, los coches están bien preparados y la reserva es muy bonita y con muchos animales. El guía:/chofer que hemos tenido, YOHANA, ha estado todo el tiempo pendiente de que estuviéramos bien, buscando los mejores sitios para ver todos los animars y con mucho conocimiento y respeto a los mismos. Ha sido un 10! Recomendable 100%. Gracias!
