¡Guau!
¡Gracias a todos por un día memorable! !
¡Recomiendo encarecidamente esta aventura! ! 🤩🥰

Bula Loretta,
We love your description of the journey as “windy-windy” — both breezy and serpentine! That captures the Sigatoka River beautifully as it winds its way through the valley and past the communities that call its banks home.
Those spontaneous waves from people swimming, farming, fishing or simply going about their day are a wonderful part of the journey. It’s a genuine glimpse into everyday life along the river and a reminder that you’re travelling through the real Fiji.
We’re especially pleased you enjoyed the village experience and the warmth shown by both the villagers and our team. The village is very much the heart of the Sigatoka River Safari, giving our guests the opportunity to connect with local people, learn about their way of life and experience genuine Fijian hospitality firsthand.
And a huge vinaka to Captain Fini! “Five-star spins” is a rating we’re sure she’ll be very happy to accept! Fini combines tremendous skill behind the wheel with a wonderful personality, and we’ll make sure she knows how much you enjoyed your adventure with her.
Thank you for highly recommending the experience, Loretta. We hope those memories of the river, the village and Captain Fini’s five-star 360s stay with you for many years to come.

Bula Ralfa,
Your review really gets to the heart of what the Sigatoka River Safari is all about.
After a lifetime of travelling, we completely understand your caution around experiences described as "authentic." That's why it means so much to hear that your village visit felt genuinely different—heartfelt, personal and real.
Our partner villages are living communities, not tourist attractions. We rotate our visits amongst the villages along the Sigatoka River, allowing each community to welcome guests into their everyday lives while ensuring the benefits of tourism are shared throughout the valley.
And having Captain Leps with you makes that connection even more personal. Leps grew up right here in the Sigatoka Valley—this river and these villages are quite literally his backyard. The people you pass and meet aren't characters in a tour; they're his neighbours, friends and extended community. When he shares stories about life in the valley, he's sharing the world he grew up in.
We love your final comment. The jet boat is certainly exciting, but for us it has always been the means of getting guests to the real experience—the people.
To know that after 70 years of travelling it was the human experience that stayed with you is perhaps one of the finest compliments we could receive.
Thank you for recognising and appreciating the genuine spirit in which our villages welcome their guests.

¡Una actividad imprescindible en Fiyi! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bula Vinaka,
To hear you describe the Sigatoka River Safari as a "life-changing experience for your family" is incredibly special and means a great deal to me personally and the team. This is precisely how I felt at 13 yrs old and why the Safari idea was born.
We're delighted that everything flowed seamlessly from your hotel pickup and time exploring Sigatoka town through to the journey into the valley, the jet boat adventure and, most importantly, your time in the village.
A huge vinaka to Captain Laps, who will be thrilled to read your comments. Our captains aren't simply there to drive the boat—they are storytellers and proud ambassadors for the Sigatoka Valley, and they love answering questions and helping guests understand the river, its history and the communities that have called it home for generations.
Your comments about the village experience particularly resonate with us. The villages we visit are real communities, not staged tourist attractions, and the hospitality you experienced comes genuinely from the people themselves. They open their homes, share their food, culture, traditions and stories, and welcome our guests as friends. Knowing that your children were able to share that experience with you and that it had such a profound impact on your family is exactly why this tour means so much to us.
And, of course, there's no better way to finish an emotional day in the village than heading back down the Sigatoka River with everyone laughing and cheering through a few 360-degree spins!
Thank you for describing the Sigatoka River Safari as an "absolute must-do in Fiji." We couldn't ask for a greater endorsement.
We hope the memories and friendships your family made in your village stay with you for many years to come and we hopefully get to welcome you back home soon!!
