¡Como flotar en las nubes!

Mi hija y yo hicimos este trayecto juntas. ¡Una experiencia verdaderamente increíble! Nuestro piloto, Troy, un aeronauta de cuarta generación, tenía muchísimos conocimientos y compartió una gran cantidad de información interesante sobre el vuelo en globo. Las vistas eran increíbles y el vuelo, increíblemente tranquilo. Parecía que flotábamos. ¡Y el aterrizaje fue tan suave que apenas me di cuenta de que estábamos en tierra! ¡No os lo penséis dos veces, hacedlo! ! !

Gran paseo, pero RR necesita tomar las decisiones de cancelación más rápido

Reservamos un vuelo al amanecer en lo que resultó ser una mañana lluviosa. Le quito una estrella porque Rainbow Ryders no decidió cancelar el vuelo hasta las 6 de la mañana, cuando todo el mundo ya había llegado al punto de encuentro acordado. Si hubieran cancelado a las 5 o a las 5 : 15 y nos hubieran enviado un mensaje, podría haber dormido más y ahorrado gasolina y el tiempo que llevó llegar al punto de encuentro. Afortunadamente tenían plazas para el día siguiente, cuando hizo buen tiempo. Nuestro piloto, el Sr. Salazar, tenía mucha experiencia y conocimientos. El paseo de una hora fue tranquilo y el aterrizaje sencillo. Recomiendo RR y volvería a volar con ellos.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the morning cancellation, and we understand how frustrating it can be to arrive at the meeting point before a cancellation is made. Our pilots carefully evaluate flight conditions both the evening before and again the morning of each flight, and these conditions can sometimes change overnight. If the forecast the evening before or even that morning does not indicate any dangerous conditions, we will proceed with the flight as planned, but if our pilots determine at the time of the flight that conditions are unsafe, we unfortunately must cancel for the safety of our passengers and crew. We greatly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to fly with you again!

Nuestro vuelo pareció más corto y no tan alto como otros.
